Color is our Friend

Our goal is to democratize big data. In order to look and feel open and available to all, we have adopted a color palette that is bright and energetic and allows us to flex our appearance to reflect the passions and interests of our customers and broader audience.

Our Primary colors are the colors that will be used most often in creating new documents or brand materials and are a palette of subtle grays. From Chalk, which is an off white, to Space which should be used as our 'Black' these set a foundation by which we can add colors as accents and to shift mood.

Our secondary colors act as accent colors to our primary colors.

Flood Color

Flood colors are designed to be used for bold headlines or large fields of color. These colors were chosen to provide vivid accent color options.

Highlight Color

Highlight colors are used as accents and as highlights within Quantcast patterns.

Shadow color

Shadow colors are used as an accent or as shadows within Quantcast patterns.

Easy ways to organize color

Since our color palette has a full range of color we can easily divide the colors into warm and cool palettes. Color combinations derived from either grouping will look good together.

Patterns for quantcast leverage colors from the color palette as a means for building a consistent thread throughout the visual design. The universe pattern uses primary and secondary colors from the brand pallette as a means to reinforce the primary colors for the brand through imagery.
